COOKWITHJAMMY/RAVA DOSA RECIPE

  Rava dosa recipe-  Rava dosa, variant of dosa which is popular in south indian breakfast. Made with rava/semolina,  some spices, leaves, curd and maida which can be replaced with wheat flour. Tasty dosa made without fermenting, any type of coconut chutney, sambar compliment the dish.  INGREDIENTS Rava- 1cup Curd- 1/2 cup Rice flour- 3/4 cup Wheat flour- 1/4 cup Cumin seed- 1tbsp Onion- 1 medium Ginger- 1 tbsp Green chilly- 1 no: Coriander leaves- 2 springs Curry leaves- 1 spring Salt- As required  COOKNG TIME SERVINGS 45 minutes 5-6   INSTRUCTIONS Soak rava and atta in curd for about 20 minutes with some salt. After 20 minutes add jeera, cumin seeds, onion, green chilly, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Add water, the batter should be watery. Heat dosa pan. Apply oil, for pouring batter I had used small glass.  Pour batter in glass from outside to inside. Sprinkle ghee or oil, you can see brown colour above dosa now flip it and cook. It will take around 10 minutes. Tasty rava dosa
