COOKWITHJAMMY/PESARATTU/GREEN GRAM DOSA

Pesarattu/Green gram dosa- Pesarattu is the popular breakfast/snack of andhra pradesh. Normally in pesarattu they use green gram, rice and salt, but here I am going to use idly/dosa batter along with sprouted green gram. Got this idea from one of my relative and really loved it. Coming to health benefits, moong dal is rich in protein and fibre which helps in weight loss. Any type of chutney or sambar compliment the dish.
