 Mango milkshake recipe- Its summer season friends, let us enjoy summer fruits with some twist. Mango is very popular summer fruit which is high in nutrients and are available in 100's of variety. Here I had used banganapalle mangoes which is sweet variety, u can also use any other sweet mango.

Mango milk shake

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mango- 1 no:
  2. Elachi powder- 1/2 tsp
  3. Almond soaked- 4 no:
  4. Milk- 11/4 cup
  5. Sugar- As required

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the mangoes into small pieces to avoid lumps in shake.
Mangoes
  • Take a juicer jar or normal jar, add all ingredients(Just break almonds and add).
Mango
  • Blend them to make a smooth shake.If milkshake is thicker then you can add more milk.

Mango puree
  • Refreshing mango milkshake is ready to serve.In medium glass we can enjoy 3 servings.

TIPS
  • Always use ripened mangoes for making shake.
  • If  you need lighter shake add more milk.
  • For making even more richer, we can use nuts or ice-cream as topping.
