Kerala neymeen fry- Fleshy and tasty fish which is commonly available in south india. It is little bit costly but definitely a tasty treat for fish lovers. Rice, dosa, idly, chapati, fried rice compliment the dish.
INGREDIENTS
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt- As required

- In a bowl take all ingredients and make a paste with some water.(Paste should be in medium consistency).
- Make two to four cuts on both sides of fish.
- Now marinate the fish and keep in freezer for about 1 hour.
- Fishes are ready to fry.Heat oil, keep in medium flame and cook the fish.
- Tasty fish fry is ready to serve.
TIPS
To avoid burning, keep the flame in medium and cook.
