Kerala neymeen fry-  Fleshy and tasty fish which is commonly available in south india. It is little bit costly but definitely a tasty treat for fish lovers. Rice, dosa, idly, chapati, fried rice compliment the dish.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Ginger-garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
  2. Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
  5. Salt- As required

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl take all ingredients and make a paste with some water.(Paste should be in medium consistency).
 Marination
  • Make two to four cuts on both sides of fish.
Fish
  • Now marinate the fish and keep in freezer for about 1 hour.Fish marination
  • Fishes are ready to fry.Heat oil, keep in medium flame and cook the fish.Fish fry
  • Tasty fish fry is ready to serve.

TIPS
To avoid burning, keep the flame in medium and cook.
