 Mutton bone soup-  Mutton bone soup has so many health benefits like it's good for bones, high in calcium, protein, improves memory power, aids sleep, helps in weight loss etc. When someone in our home is having fracture we used to give this soup, as it help in faster healing. Woman after delivery can also include in their diet, it helps in regaining strength. People of any age can enjoy this tasty and highly nutritious soup. 

Mutton bone soup
INGREDIENTS
  1. Mutton bone- 150gm
  2. Shallots- 4 no:
  3. Onion- 1 medium size
  4. Tomato- 1 medium size
  5. Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
  6. Crushed pepper- 11/2 tbsp
  7. Oil- 2 tbsp
  8. Chilly powder- 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder- 1tsp
  10. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves as required
  13. Water- 3 glass
  14. Salt as required.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add oil let it heated. To that add jeera and crushed pepper, let it splutter. Pepper
  • Add shallots and large onion, saute for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 
Shallots
  • Add all spices and saute for a minute. Add tomato and coriander leaves, cook until tomato gets mushy. 
Tomatoes
  • Add mutton bone pieces, salt and gave it a nice mix. Mutton bone pieces
  • Add water and cook them in low flame for about 4-5 whistles. Salt if required u can add now. Soup water
  • Hot and spicy mutton bone soup is ready to serve.
