Broken wheat rava dosa, a healthy South Indian breakfast, whenever we want to try different dosa or breakfast this one is a good choice. I usually make this dosa, when i dont have dosa batter. Its soft and chewy in texture. Broken wheat rava is available in 3 sizes, i usually use big or medium size for preparing this dosa. It goes well with all kind of chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- Broken wheat rava- 2 cup
- Tomato- 2 no:
- Green chilly- 1
- Ginger- 1 piece
- Coriander leaves- few chopped
- Curry leaves- few chopped
- Onion- 1 small size(optional)
- Salt- As required

- Measure 2 cup of broken wheat rava.
- Clean the rava and use seive for draining water. Soak them about an hour.
- Grind by adding tomato, green chilly, ginger, salt and some water.
- To this batter ,add chopped coriader, curry leaves and onion. If required add salt.
- Make dosas by adding gingelly oil or ghee.
- Tasty and healthy dosas are ready. Serve it hot with chutney.
TIPS
- If u dont like biting coriader and curry leaves, grind them with other ingredients and make the batter.
