Capsicum bajji- Bajji, popular south Indian snack which can be prepared using different vegetables like potato, green chilly, raw banana etc. Here I had used capsicum. It is an evening snack which can be served with hot tea/cofee. As capsicum is less spicy it is kids friendly.
Take 1 cup flour in a bowl.
INGREDIENTS
- Capsicum-2 no:
- Besan flour-1 cup
- Chilly powder-11/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Asafoetida-a pinch
- Salt as required

INSTRUCTIONS
Take 1 cup flour in a bowl.
- Add asatoefida and required amount of salt. If u you want to add rice flour you can add (optional).
- Remove the stem and cut the capsicum, as per your desired shape.
TIPS
For getting good coating, the batter should be in medium consistency. Add water little by little and make the batter.
Well prepared. It is very easy to prepare this snack and delicious too.
